Dan was born and raised in good old Sturgis Michigan, graduated from Sturgis High School, and then attended various colleges while trying to figure out what his future had in store. He has worked in many different types of restaurants in all areas including both front of house and back of house management. His chef experiences are primarily self-taught. He is also a certified event manager.
Some of his favorite pastimes include hanging out at the lake with friends, traveling to see his parents who now reside in southern Florida, running and working out. When you stop in to Trio’s be sure to say hi!
