Anthony Moreno...

Anthony grew up in Climax, MI, graduated from St. Philip Catholic Central high school, and Kalamazoo College with a degree in Classical Studies and History. He moved to the Sturgis area in 2006 and is currently the Recreation Leader for the City of Sturgis and a Certified Personal Trainer.

Some of his favorite experiences are playing international baseball in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium and traveling to France, Sweden, and Italy while on a nine month study abroad in Athens, Greece.

Anthony has worked in a few different restaurant settings, but most notably started as a host at the Cracker Barrel in Battle Creek, MI and worked as a server at Yanni’s Greek and Mediterranean Cuisine in Honolulu, HI.

Dan Scott...

Dan was born and raised in good old Sturgis Michigan, graduated from Sturgis High School, and then attended various colleges while trying to figure out what his future had in store.  He has worked in many different types of restaurants in all areas including both front of house and back of house management.  His chef experiences are primarily self-taught.  He is also a certified event manager. 

Some of his favorite pastimes include hanging out at the lake with friends, traveling to see his parents who now reside in southern Florida, running and working out. When you stop in to Trio’s be sure to say hi!
